Why Do I need Color Separations?

If you have artwork that you need printed on garments of any

kind you will need to have the artwork color separated. 

Having you artwork separated is the process of

converting the artwork into individual colors in order

to be able to print the artwork on a screen printing press.

Whether your press is a manual, automatic, home made

press the process is the same.

What we can do for you!

Color Separations are an extremely important part of the

overall screen printing process.  If your "seps" are correct

then there is a good chance that you final print will not be

correct.  Of course there is a lot more to the process then

the separations.  In order to get a Great final print all of these

things need to be right.  Seps, Screen burning, Film printing,

Squeegees, ink selection, printing techinque and lots of experience.

We can help get you on the right track by providing you with

good separation...the rest is up to you.

Spot Colors: $10.00 per Color

Spot Colors with Halftones: $20.00 per Color

All of the Separations include:

A spec sheet which includes pantones, Recommended Mesh counts and

suggested print order.
