Screen printing, historically known as silk screening, is by

far the most popular and commonly used t-shirt decorating

technique. Screen printing requires setting up a screen or

stencil for each color that will be used in the design. Because

of the setup time, lower quantities can be slightly higher priced

than DTG or other types of garment printing, but with higher

quantity orders screen printing is the most cost effective way

to print your t-shirts.

Artwork requirements:

• 3% allowable waste rate on customer supplied garments
• 7 - 10 business day standard turn around 
• Pricing for 1 design, 1 print location on shirt
