Dye sublimation is used to dye the colors of a design directly into a fabric. This method can only be used on man made fibers like polyester and nylon. This style of decorating is ideal for mosture wicking fabrics used by runners, bikers, and bmx riders.

Dye Sublimation print features:
- No feel of ink. Colors are dyed directly into the fabric
- Extemely durable and long lasting colors
- No Setup fees
- Up to 20in. x 26in. print area
- Prints on polyester or nylon
- Prints on light garments

Artwork requirements:
- File types: .jpg, .gif, .ai, .png, .psd, .tiff, .psd
- Resolution: Preferred 300 dpi with image at correct print size

Dye sublimation print policies:
- 2% allowable waste rate on customer supplied garments
- 7 - 10 business day standard turn around
- Pricing for 1 design, 1 print location on shirt
